How it works

Three simple steps

The whole game in one minute.

Pick a team

Each season has 2 to 5 teams. Each team is a Doma premium domain. Pick one. You can be on one team at a time, and you can switch later if you change your mind.

Buy and hold

On Doma, buy at least $5 of your team's token. Hold it until the season ends. The more you hold and the longer you hold, the more points you earn.

Win together

To win, your team must bond its domain. If your team bonds and finishes on top, the players on it split the cash prize, and your share matches how much you helped. The biggest buyers on the top two teams earn Doma points too.

One pool rewards the whole winning team by how much each player helped. The other rewards the biggest buyers on the top two teams. The cash is for the crowd. The points are for the buyers.

To win the season, a team must bond its domain. The bonded team with the most points wins, and every active player on it splits the $400 by how much they helped. Even a five dollar player earns a fair slice.

How points work

Two scoreboards, one game

Team points decide which team wins the prize. Your points decide your share of it. The good news is that the same actions earn both.

Decide which team wins

Earned by the whole team together. To win, a team must bond its domain. Among the teams that bond, the one with the most team points wins. If no team bonds, there is no winner that season.

Grow the domain value (FDV) in real dollars+10 → +200

Growing the domain value in dollars is the main goal. The first team to finish a daily challenge gets +75, other teams that finish get +25.

ONE SET OF ACTIONS, TWO PAYOFFS

When you buy, hold, and post, you push your team up the team scoreboard and build your personal share at the same time. Every token you buy grows the team's holders and bond. Every banger you post counts toward the team challenge. First your team has to win. Then the winning team splits the prize by personal points. So you want both: help your team finish first, and be a top contributor on it.

Three ways to earn points

Holding rewards the patient. Buy volume rewards conviction. Posts reward reach. Each one protects a kind of player the others do not — so everyone has a real way to win.

Hold your team's token through the season. You earn points every day, two ways: for how much you hold, and a flat amount just for holding at all.

Why this is fair: Holding is the biggest source of points, because holding is what bonds the domain. The flat daily part is size-blind — a five dollar holder earns it just like a whale. The amount part is capped at fifty dollars a day, so no one runs away with it.

Buy your team's token on Doma. Your net buying earns points — that is your buys minus any sells.

Why this is fair: Counted as net buys and capped at fifty dollars. A whale who buys five thousand dollars earns the same buy points as someone who buys fifty. Selling back cancels the points, so wash trading does not work.

POSTSabout 22% of the points available

Post about your team on X (Twitter). Approved posts earn points based on how many people view them.

Why this is fair: Scored on views, and capped per post and per season. A creator with reach can earn as much as a buyer, without spending a dollar. Open to everyone, one post per day.

💡 KEY INSIGHT

New players who join early get a +25% bonus on every point they earn for the rest of the season. So joining in the first three days is a strong move, even if you only buy $5 of token.

Each tier change is a moment. The bot posts a dramatic announcement when your team upgrades. New card art is generated for every team that crosses a tier — so no two Mystics, Champions, or Ascendants look the same.

THE REAL GOAL

To win, you must bond the domain.

On Doma, every premium domain has a bonding curve. When enough tokens are bought, the domain "bonds" — it graduates and its token moves to a real market on Uniswap. That is the biggest milestone a team can hit.

A team must bond its domain to win. Bonding fills the curve and graduates the token to a real trading market. Among the teams that bond, the one that grew the domain's value the most wins. If no team bonds, there is no winner that season, so bonding is the whole game.

This is what Doma cares about most: real, lasting value on premium domains — above and beyond a one-time bond.

Common questions

Things players ask first

Do I need to know crypto to play?

A little. You need a crypto wallet (like MetaMask). You need to buy at least $5 of your team's token on Doma. If you have done either of these before, you are ready.

What does it cost to play?

Five dollars is the minimum. You can spend more if you want, but the game caps the points you earn from buying at fifty dollars. So spending more than that does not raise your buy points — holding all season is what really scores.

What does 'bond' mean?

Every Doma premium domain has a bonding curve. When players buy enough of the domain's token, the curve fills up. When it reaches 100%, the domain 'bonds' and graduates to a real trading market. Bonding is how you win: a team must bond its domain to be eligible for the prize, and among the teams that bond, the one with the most points wins.

What if no team bonds?

Then there is no winner that season, and the prize rolls over. Bonding is required to win. If no team bonds, we add more teams, which means more domains and more chances to bond, and keep going. Every team that did not bond gets a tombstone 'death card' to mark the run.

Can I switch teams?

Yes. You can leave your team and join a different one. But your points stay with the team you left: you do not bring them with you, and you give up that team's prize. You also cannot rejoin a team you already left. So pick carefully and commit.

Can I switch teams?

Yes, with a trade-off. If you leave a team, the points you earned stay credited to that team (so leaving cannot hurt them), but you give up any prize from that team. You can then join a different team and start earning fresh. You cannot rejoin a team you already left.

How is my prize share calculated?

Your share is your contribution divided by the total of everyone on your team. So if you scored 10% of your team's total points, you get 10% of the $400 prize.

What is the difference between team points and my points?

Team points decide which team wins the season. They come mostly from growing the domain's value (FDV) in real dollars, plus reaching holder counts, hitting the bond milestone, and winning the daily challenge. Your points decide your share of the cash if your team wins. They come from your own holding, buying, and posting. The same actions earn both at the same time.

Who earns the Doma points?

The biggest buyers do. On both the first and the second place teams, the top buyers each split a pool of 50,000 official Doma ecosystem leaderboard points, shared by how much each one bought. These points count on the Doma leaderboard at app.doma.xyz. The first place team also splits the $400 cash by contribution.

Do whales just win everything?

No. Buy points are capped at fifty dollars, and holding is the biggest source of points — the size-blind daily floor pays a five dollar holder the same as a whale. Big buyers do earn a share of the Doma points pool, but the cash prize is split by total contribution, where holding and posting matter most.

When do I get paid?

Within one day after the season ends. The bot sends you a private message with your share amount. The operator (Big Mike) sends the prize to your linked wallet.
